Cottage Cheese Spread 

Hungarian “Körözött” from lactose free cottage cheese

My all time childhood favourite is here! 🙂 In Hungarian its called “Körözött” and it is a very easy and protein rich low histamine spread.

Prep time: 5 mins 

Cook time: 5 mins 

Ingredients:

250 g lactose free cottage cheese (I get mine from a polish shop) 

200 g lactose free crème fraiche

3 Teaspoon red paprika powder 

1 Teaspoon cumin 

10 g fresh parsley 

Salt, pepper 

Step by step instructions:

1. Put the cottage cheese with paprika, cumin, salt, pepper in a bowl mix together.

2. Add crème fraiche and parsley and mix until it gets even and creamy.

 Serve with your favourite bread or rice crackers.
